It all began with a chocolate chip cookie...


The packaging promised a most amazing treat to this little girl’s eyes.  But reality soon set in as I took a bite. The lack of flavor, the texture was too tough, what happened to all those chocolate chips in the picture? It was like chewing on tree bark. Gross, Ahoy! That unforgettable bite became the spark of a mission – to craft the perfect chocolate chip cookie.


...and I triumphed!


I’m Wendy Ramirez, a self-taught baker, a Happily Ever After married woman, and a proud mother of nine awesome children. Once I mastered my Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe I set my sights on fine-tuning other desserts as my baking hobby advanced significantly into not only creating outstanding flavors but to hone my decorating skills and in creating edible art. As a young woman I entered the food industry workforce but always held fast onto my dream and in late 2019 I finally established my own Bakery.

My sweet tooth has been my guiding star for as long as I can remember. Sugar, cuteness, prettiness – they've always made me smile. All of it wrapped up into one, even more! So if they made me smile then why not share that joy with everyone else?


My Family


When I'm not helping with homework or chasing kiddos around the backyard, you'll find me in the kitchen, whipping up delightful sweets. With a small brood to feed, I made it a mission to offer them the most scrumptious foods and desserts and I make everything to order with that same motherly spirit. Every homemade dessert I create uses the finest ingredients and are born from my own tried, true, and deliberate recipes. I never forgot the power of cute, pretty, and fancy things, that bring a smile to one’s face and I expect nothing less from my desserts – they should spark smiles.

My Ever After...


I take immense pride in carrying forward a time-honored tradition of bakers serving their neighborhoods and communities. I've expanded to serve businesses, corporations, law enforcement, city government, neighborhood councils, schools, actors, entertainers, and more. As I continue to grow, I eagerly anticipate what the future holds.
It's amazing to think that it all began with a girl's quest to create the perfect chocolate chip cookie.
