When you place an order through our website, you are in agreement to pay the specified price for the selected products in full at the time of ordering.  We appreciate your trust. For custom orders, a non-refundable initial retainer fee of 50% is required to secure your order within 24 hours of contract receipt. Please note that if the 50% retainer fee is not paid, your order will not be considered placed. The final payment is due one week before pickup or delivery, with the latter incurring an additional delivery fee.

While we encourage design inspiration pictures, it's essential to understand that we cannot replicate another artist's work exactly. The design process is an art form that's subjective, and each creation is unique, with its own character and nuances. Elements like weather and humidity can impact the final result. Decorations and flowers may not always be available or in season, leading to differences from the initial concept. You're engaging us for our artistic abilities, not for reproducing others' work. We reserve the right to refuse certain designs, but we will strive to provide a distinctive Ever After experience. Concerns about the appearance of an order are not eligible for a refund.

In the event that a custom order must be canceled, the 50% retainer fee, which is a non-refundable portion of the order, will not be returned (if applicable). Online orders are non-refundable. While we endeavor to accommodate changes made seven days prior to the order's due date, we cannot guarantee it, and extra charges may apply for last-minute alterations. Please note that we do not offer refunds in the event of celebration cancellations due to the high demand for our services. We reserve and hold the date for you, which means we cannot refund the money. **Please note: Once your invoice is paid and your order is secured in our schedule, any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of payments made. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. By paying this invoice, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined on our website.**

The pricing of custom cakes varies based on factors such as decorations, filling, and flavor. We do not have a fixed price for custom cakes because the complexity of decorations and additional work may affect the cost.

Delivery fees are not included in the order's price and may vary depending on the location. The delivery fee starts at $25 (minimum). In some cases, where assembly is required at the venue, the delivery fee might be higher. Once you or a designated party accepts and picks up the order, we no longer bear responsibility for any damage that may occur during transport or setup. Verbal instructions will be provided on handling, transporting, and storing your order upon pickup. It's your responsibility to ensure a suitable, level area for transport and at the event. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy, level table, and an optimal room temperature of 74 degrees or below. Keep in mind that cakes are fragile, and mishandling can result in cracks, smudges, melted frosting, and more. We're not responsible for Buttercream cakes left outside. While we strive to ensure your order is delivered as requested, please be aware that delivery times may vary and are subject to availability.

Refunds or future credits are only issued if the item is returned and found not to meet Ever After's quality standards. Items must be returned within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and you should promptly contact us to report any issues. The determination of quality is at the discretion of Ever After Bakery, and future credit amounts are also determined by us. Future credit will not be issued if you fail to contact us within 24 hours of pickup through in-person communication, messaging, phone calls, or email.

 

We take every possible precaution to ensure the safe preparation of your food. However, it's essential to be aware that our bakery may come into contact with the following items: Wheat, Gluten, Milk, Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Corn, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame Seeds/Oil. Additionally, we may use artificial dyes, chemicals, sulfites, MSG, flavorings, and preservatives in our processes. By finalizing your payment and processing your order, you acknowledge and agree to hold us harmless from any responsibility for allergens or potential food-borne illnesses that may arise for you or your guests/attendees in connection with this order. We put forth our utmost effort to provide you with an exceptional experience through our products and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to serve you.

 

Some of our desserts may contain non-edible items within or on them. We will verbally inform you of any such items that should not be consumed. It's your responsibility to ensure these are removed before serving. Please refrain from pushing anyone's face into the cake, as there are wooden dowels within.

 

We retain the right to utilize photographs of the cake and any items for advertising purposes.
